ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Integrated Content Strategist to lead day-to-day development and management of comprehensive content strategies guiding audiences from awareness to conversion, aligned with personas, product innovations, and campaign goals.

You will translate inputs like audience insights and business objectives into actionable strategies, stay ahead of market trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into execution.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy/creation, channel strategy, campaign management, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology.
• Proven success designing and executing multi-channel, persona-driven content strategies that drive measurable business results.
• Experience leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes, workflows, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive content strategies in collaboration with campaign managers, leveraging audience insights, campaign goals, and business objectives to create end-to-end, data-driven strategies.
• Create detailed content recommendations on formats (videos, blogs, social posts, interactive tools) and distribution channels tailored to target personas.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging content trends, channel features, and new formats to keep strategies competitive and aligned with industry advancements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, product marketers, creative directors, and digital leads to ensure consistent, connected content implementation.
• Partner with creative leads to champion differentiated, engaging messaging and CTAs that resonate with customer needs at each funnel stage.
• Monitor campaign performance data and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
• Support operational excellence by collaborating on workflows, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
• Contribute to and maintain content playbooks documenting best practices and learnings.
