ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Integrated Content Strategist to lead day-to-day development, management, socialization, and implementation of comprehensive content strategies guiding audiences through the customer journey.

You will transform inputs such as audience insights, product messaging, and business goals into actionable strategies, partnering with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into action while staying attuned to market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in marketing, content strategy/creation, channel strategy, campaign management, or related roles within B2B SaaS or technology
• Proven success designing multi-channel, persona-driven content strategies that drive measurable business results
• Experience leveraging or thinking critically about integrating AI into work processes, workflows, and decision-making
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional influence skills; strong ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
• Passion for AI, innovation, and experimenting with new tools and ideas

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive content strategies in collaboration with campaign managers, leveraging audience insights, campaign goals, and business objectives to create end-to-end, data-driven strategies
• Create detailed content recommendations on formats (videos, blogs, social posts, interactive tools) and distribution channels tailored to target personas
• Drive innovation by proactively identifying emerging content trends, channel features, and new formats to keep strategies competitive
• Collaborate cross-functionally with campaign managers, product marketers, creative directors, and digital leads to ensure consistent, connected content implementation
• Partner with creative leads to champion differentiated, engaging messaging and CTAs that resonate with customer needs at each funnel stage
• Monitor campaign performance data and engagement metrics to provide actionable insights and refine strategies for continuous improvement
• Support operational excellence by collaborating on workflows, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets
• Contribute to and maintain content playbooks documenting best practices and learnings
