ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Staff Content Governance Lead to own governance for Knowledge Atlas and serve as the primary authority for Product Content across DigitalContent and Design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in content strategy, operations, information architecture, or governance.
• Able to define and implement governance frameworks at scale.
• Deep understanding of content lifecycle and quality/compliance checkpoints.
• Strong partnership and influence across functions without authority.
• Able to move iteratively in AI-powered content governance.

Responsibilities

• Define governance strategy for Knowledge Atlas and taxonomy.
• Set production-ready standards and content quality gates for Product Content.
• Build governance operating model with playbooks and decision rights.
• Align metadata standards across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Legal.
• Implement governance tooling, validation workflows, and monitoring at scale.
• Develop training and enablement materials and run governance workshops.
• Monitor governance health and elevate risks to leadership.
• Represent DCD in enterprise governance discussions.
