Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an experienced event content strategist to own the end-to-end content planning for AI Summits, Knowledge, and flagship experiences. You will ensure content aligns to the platform narrative, resonates with global audiences, and supports cross-functional collaboration among Product, Solutions Marketing, and event teams.

You will drive governance standards, partner with senior leaders, and lead high-visibility projects to streamline content operations.

• Partner with regional teams to ensure global story consistency while meeting local needs.
• Lead speaker planning, enablement, and content readiness with cross-functional teams.
• Surface risks early and keep a consolidated view of content readiness.
