Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as an account executive or account manager for a technical product or in sales/support engineering.
• Cloud Infrastructure and AI experience required.
• Self-starter, timely, able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Experience contributing to onboarding and customer success pipelines.
• Strong communication skills, proactive follow-up and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Immerse in the Bay Area AI ecosystem to identify and win promising AI startups.
• Own high potential accounts as primary contact for business and technical needs.
• Advocate for customers internally to remove roadblocks and ensure success.
• Drive account growth through ongoing engagement and new opportunities.
• Manage renewals and negotiate to drive expansion and upsell.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver great experience.
• Translate customer feedback into insights for Product and Engineering teams.
