FIS is seeking a Change Manager Senior Lead to drive enterprise change as AI reshapes how work is done. You will design a repeatable capability to redesign work around AI, automation, and new ways of working, ensuring adoption at scale and embedding changes across leaders, employees, and processes.

You will own the change strategy, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement, readiness, communications, leader enablement, and transition support, collaborating with Product, Technology and Business

Formación

• Experience delivering large-scale enterprise change programs.
• Experience in technology programs or digital transformation.
• Practical understanding of AI, automation and agent-based work changes.
• Proven ability to use AI to produce high-quality, audience-appropriate work with prompting and human review.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and executive-communication skills.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and turn ideas into executable plans.
• Experience measuring adoption and behavioral change with evidence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise change initiatives linked to AI-enabled work redesign.
• Assess implications for leaders, employees, stakeholders and workflows.
• Own change strategy, sponsorship, stakeholder engagement and learning.
• Collaborate with function, Workforce Architects, Product, Technology and Business Partners from discovery to launch.
• Identify readiness risks and design interventions to embed changes.
• Establish adoption baselines and measure behavioral change post-launch.
• Provide adoption evidence to improve work and workforce design.
• Develop change patterns and a playbook for work redesign.
