Job summary

Fidelity Information Services, LLC is seeking a Change Manager Senior Lead in the United States (Jacksonville, FL) to guide enterprise change as AI reshapes work. You will design and sustain adoption at scale, focusing on leaders, employees and workflows where AI is embedded.

You will partner with Workforce Architects, Product, Technology and Business Partners from discovery through launch to ensure adoption is built into the solution.

Qualifications

• Experience executing large-scale enterprise change programs.
• Experience supporting technology programs or digital transformation.
• Understanding of how AI and automation affect work, roles and skills.
• Ability to prompt AI effectively with critical evaluation and human oversight.
• Strong consulting, facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and turn ideas into executable plans.
• Experience measuring adoption and behavioral change.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale enterprise change initiatives from pilots to enterprise scale.
• Assess implications for leaders, employees, stakeholders and ways of working.
• Own change strategy, sponsorship, readiness, communications and learning.
• Collaborate with function, Product, Technology and Business Partners from discovery to launch.
• Identify readiness risks and design interventions for adoption.
• Establish adoption baselines and measure behavioral change.
• Provide adoption evidence to improve work and workforce design.
• Develop change-impact assessments, leadership briefings and learning materials.
• Equip teams to prompt effectively and apply human-in-the-loop review.
• Develop reusable change patterns and playbooks.
