Qualifications

• Experience leading organizational change management programs tied to technology adoption or digital transformation.
• Ability to discuss AI/GenAI tools credibly with business and technical audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise training or literacy programs.
• Proficiency in adoption metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive status communications.
• Strong facilitation skills for workshops across business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce transformation agenda associated with AI adoption and redesign roles as AI embeds into work.
• Design and drive change management programs for AI use cases from production to broad adoption.
• Identify adoption friction and AI literacy gaps at the enterprise level.
• Develop and track adoption metrics and report progress against AI strategy targets.
• Align enablement activities with the AI roadmap in coordination with AI Leads.
• Build change management playbooks and reusable communication materials.
