Job summary

Praecipio is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to drive enterprise adoption of AI by redesigning operating models, governance, and workforce readiness. You will shape the internal AI transformation and serve as a peer to practice leads in AI strategy, engineering, and enablement.

You will define repeatable methodologies and lead workshops with executives, delivering client-ready pathways that turn pilot activity into scalable programs.

Qualifications

• Deep roots in organizational design and change management, ideally in a consulting or transformation delivery context.
• Fluency across AI strategy, engineering, and enablement to collaborate with technical leaders and skeptical executives.
• Defensible point of view on what AI-native organizations look like.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity; you are hired to build it.

Responsibilities

• Lead client operating model engagements: org design, decision rights, governance, workforce readiness for teams using AI agents.
• Facilitate AI advisory workshops with executive and delivery audiences.
• Architect how Praecipio's teams work with AI agents and build change frameworks for adoption.
• Turn engagement learnings into repeatable, sellable methodology in a still-evolving domain.
• Carry client-billable strategy work alongside internal methodology building.
