Job summary

BILL is hiring for a CX Analytics role focused on turning operational data into strategic insights that improve customer experience at scale. You will build AI-powered insights and dashboards, partner with multiple teams to shape CX roadmaps, and drive measurable improvements in retention and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data quality, scalable analytics, and clear communication of complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large, complex datasets in data warehouses and BI environments.
• Hands-on experience building analytical models, dashboards, or intelligence solutions with measurable impact on CX/ops.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, or LLM approaches and applying them to CX/operational problems.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a track record of cross-team collaboration to move from insight to execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of CX data intelligence solutions, including agentic AI insight agents that monitor health and suggest actions.
• Analyze journeys, drivers, and metrics to identify friction, churn risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for CXO visibility into performance and trends.
• Partner with CX operations, support, product, data, and engineering to translate insights into roadmaps and experiments.
• Define and refine CX health and retention metrics to guide investment decisions.
• Apply advanced analytics, including AI/LLM techniques, to automate classification and surface themes.
• Establish best practices for data quality, documentation, and governance across CXO analytics assets.
