Samsara is seeking an AI-driven CX Strategy Lead to advance our mission of delivering a superior end-to-end customer experience. You will build AI-enabled workflows and collaborate with engineering to turn opportunities into production-grade tools.

In this remote role, you’ll partner with global teams across operations and customer success, prototype quickly, and measure ROI post-launch. Candidates in the US and Canada are welcome, excluding certain metro areas.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, not just using them.
• Translate business problems into AI use cases with clear requirements.
• Strong workflow and process analysis skills for automation opportunities.
• Comfort prototyping with incomplete requirements and iterating from feedback.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering to deliver production-grade builds.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a world-class customer listening infrastructure and VoC programs.
• Surface and prioritize AI opportunities with Support, CS, Sales.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered solutions using LLMs and low-code tools.
• Translate prototypes into production-grade builds with clear data needs.
• Stay current on AI trends and customer intelligence practices.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization.
