Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and handling large datasets in modern data warehouses/BI environments.
• Experience building analytical models, dashboards, or intelligence solutions with measurable impact.
• Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM approaches for CX and operations problems.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable stakeholder recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of CX data intelligence solutions, including agentic AI insights.
• Analyze customer journeys, drivers, and metrics to identify friction and churn risks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service tools for CXO visibility.
• Collaborate with CX ops, support, product, data, and engineering to drive roadmaps.
• Define CX health and retention metrics to guide investments and interventions.
• Apply advanced analytics to automate classification and surface themes.
• Establish data quality, documentation, and governance across CX analytics assets.
