Job summary

Remote is seeking a high‑impact leader for CX Operations to own end‑to‑end automation and AI initiatives, partnering with CX leadership and cross‑functional teams. You will design, build, and ship complex workflows, with strong PM skills and technical chops to reconcile operational needs and technical constraints.

You will define success metrics, maintain documentation, and ensure robust audits while coordinating with engineering, data, and product teams to scale CX capabilities globally.

Qualifications

• Identify needs, set direction, and deliver without chasing.
• Strong programme management and ability to scope multi‑phase work.
• Hands-on experience building automation and integration systems in CX/operations.
• Technical confidence to design and ship code and APIs, with AI tooling in workflow.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of CX automation and AI initiatives from scoping to production.
• Own CX tooling integrations across the tech stack including Zendesk and MCP.
• Document everything and maintain auditability in production environments.
• Partner with CX operations, engineering, product, and data teams.
