Job summary

EY is looking for a ServiceNow AI Architect Senior Manager to lead transformations and oversee client engagements. You will shape AI strategies, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and build end-to-end AI solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.

You will mentor teams, drive transformation roadmaps, and collaborate with EY’s AI & Data teams to deliver cutting-edge capabilities such as NOW Assist and multi-LLM architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4‑year); Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow or equivalent platform implementation experience.
• 2–5 years of NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, senior manager or director level.
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills with executive communication capability.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Program/project management and engagement economics oversight.
• Develop resource plans and budgets; manage timelines and quality.
• Build and deploy AI-native solutions with EY AI & Data teams.
• Act as engagement manager for ServiceNow AI projects; mentor teams.
