Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow AI Architect Senior Manager to lead transformation teams and drive AI-enabled solutions for clients. You will own engagement delivery, develop roadmaps, and manage budgets while mentoring multi-disciplinary teams.

You will spearhead EY’s AI thought leadership, shaping strategy and delivering cutting-edge solutions across ServiceNow platforms, including NOW Assist and Moveworks. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant ServiceNow or equivalent platform implementation experience.
• 2–5 years of NOW Assist implementation experience.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
• 5–7 years of Big 4 or equivalent consulting experience, Senior Manager or Director level preferred.
• Excellent consulting and interpersonal skills: executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements; manage engagement economics.
• Build and deploy AI-native solutions, partnering with EY’s AI & Data team to define and deliver end-to-end AI strategies.
• Manage timelines, costs, and quality; lead both technical and non‑technical project teams to implement technology solutions and infrastructure.
