You will own the technical account plan for OpenAI products, collaborating with the Account Director to translate business priorities into a focused use-case portfolio and a clear path to durable value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture or technical account leadership.
• Proven track record guiding enterprise organizations from technical evaluation to production adoption.
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations including APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical advisor and long-term technical relationship owner for named customers and pre-sales prospects.
• Own the technical account plan, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery and identify use cases tied to meaningful business outcomes.
