OpenAI is seeking an AI Architect to be the senior technical owner for a named portfolio of customers, shaping AI strategy and guiding adoption from discovery to production value.

You will own the technical account plan for ChatGPT Enterprise, OpenAI API, and other AI solutions, partnering with sales to translate business priorities into a focused use-case portfolio and adoption roadmap.

Qualificações

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success.
• Experience guiding enterprise organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption and measurable business impact.
• Ability to communicate with senior technical and business leaders as well as hands-on engineers.
• Strong software and cloud architecture foundations across APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security, and privacy.
• Knowledge of modern AI systems, frontier LLM models, agentic applications, model evaluation, retrieval, or enterprise AI workflows.
• Ability to prototype, explain tradeoffs, and work with APIs, SDKs, and languages like Python or JavaScript.
• Judgment to decide when to go deep or involve specialists and how to define clear ownership.
• Experience developing technical account plans and connecting adoption to outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary technical advisor and long‑term technical relationship owner for a named portfolio of customers and pre‑sales prospects.
• Lead the technical account plan, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities with Account Directors.
• Guide executives and technical teams through discovery to identify use cases with meaningful business outcomes.
• Develop Applied AI Architectures spanning models, data, integration, security, governance, evaluation, and deployment.
• Move customers through evaluations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value toward production adoption.
