Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Senior AI Agent Engineer for federal engagements to accelerate adoption of AI agents across U.S. government customers.

You will own end-to-end delivery from design to deployment, ensuring security, compliance, and scalable integration with ITSM, HRIS, identity, and knowledge sources. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams, translating complex government challenges into high-impact AI solutions while contributing to product evolution and reusable

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required or eligibility for Public Trust clearance at minimum; Secret or higher preferred depending on assignment.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, Architect, or Engineer).
• Ability to operate across multiple functions and domains with fast learning and broad technical skills.
• Experience leading projects with cross-functional coordination and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack ownership: design, build, tune, and launch AI Agents for federal customers within the Moveworks platform.
• Architect and consult with federal stakeholders to develop high-impact AI solutions.
• Integrate Moveworks with enterprise systems (ITSM, HRIS, identity, knowledge sources) in FedRAMP High/IL4/IL5 contexts where applicable.
