Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an AI Solution Consultant to join our Strategic Initiatives COE, designing and delivering AI-native solutions—agents, assistants, and reusable skills—that scale across the enterprise.

Reporting to the SVP, you will train frontier models, compose production-grade systems, implement rigorous evaluation, and ensure secure, compliant deployments that meet our rigorous security, privacy, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• AI expert in multi-agent solutions with real-world deployments.
• Experience building AI agents, copilots, or skills that shipped.
• Hands-on with agent frameworks and developer tooling.
• Strong evaluation discipline: metrics, test sets, quality, safety.
• Proficient in Python and integrating APIs, cloud services and containers.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and productionize AI agents, assistants, and reusable skills.
• Turn ideas into MVPs and partner with engineering to productionize.
• Incorporate evaluation to define and measure success and reliability.
• Create secure, controlled agentic workflows with guardrails.
• Select and integrate frameworks, tools, and models; build reusable patterns.
• Contribute to COE with cross-organizational collaboration.
• Document builds, usage, and evaluation procedures.
