Job summary

iTech AG in Arlington, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Senior Developer / Technical Consultant to execute platform build tasks and enhance ITSM features for a federal agency. This role requires strong ServiceNow fundamentals and the ability to work semi-independently.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience.
• Solid working knowledge of ITSM modules including Incident and Problem.
• Strong ability to document configuration changes and test artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Support configuration and testing of Now Assist for ITSM features.
• Assist with generative AI prompt tuning tasks and validate AI outputs.
• Execute user acceptance testing scripts for AI-driven capabilities.

Skills

ServiceNow configuration and implementation experience

Knowledge of ITSM modules

Proficient with Flow Designer

Experience in Agile frameworks

Strong written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

Certified Implementation Specialist — IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
