Job summary

Decagon is seeking an Agent Deployment Engineer to own end-to-end AI agent builds for strategic customers. You will translate requirements into build plans and deliver enterprise-grade agents that drive measurable business outcomes.

You'll collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams, balancing hands-on execution with structured thinking in a fast-moving, customer-facing delivery role. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years in a technical customer-facing role.
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong API, integration, and production‑grade delivery experience.
Able to translate requirements into implementation plans for executives.
Capable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end AI agent builds for enterprise customers.
Design core agentic logic for reliable outputs.
Engineer guardrails for safe, compliant performance.
Build integrations with customer systems (CRM, data pipelines).
Work with customers and internal teams to define success.
Interface with senior stakeholders to drive delivery.
Diagnose and debug failures through root-cause analysis.
Translate customer needs into internal documentation and drive platform improvements.
Collaborate with APMs, Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver repeatable builds.
