Decagon is building world-class AI agents for enterprise customers from its Agent Development Team in-office. You will own strategy and execution for deploying across complex environments and design repeatable, scalable agent-build playbooks.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer goals into successful agent deployments, driving efficiency and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles or comparable consulting/PM experience.
• Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results.
• Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs.
• Strong operational instincts with scalable process/playbook experience.
• Clear communicator able to engage executives and operators.
• Highly organized and capable of bringing structure to ambiguity.
• Low ego and team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI agent builds from zero to one, driving execution and outcomes.
• Design development strategies tailored to each customer’s goals and tech environment.
• Increase speed and quality across builds by improving systems and automation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate needs into builds.
• Guide complex rollouts and align stakeholders for measurable impact.
