You will work closely with product and design to turn customer needs into robust, scalable features across long-running, multi-model workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building software products with strong product thinking.
• Proficient in Python and full-stack experience.
• Ability to translate complex capabilities into simple interfaces.
• Experience with asynchronous programming and scale failure modes.
• Strong debugging in deep technology stacks.
• Turn customer asks into clear specs and roadmaps.
• Judgment on shipping fast vs building it correctly.

Responsibilities

• Eliminate manual work by building self-serve configuration, training, and deployment for agents.
• Design configuration abstractions balancing power and simplicity for diverse enterprise use cases.
• Build AI-powered tooling to create and manage agent workflows without coding.
• Build monitoring, tracing, and analytics to surface actionable signals for customers.
• Handle agentic systems at scale touching Fortune 100 flows.
• Run evaluations on new text and voice models and integrate the winners into production.
