• Execute consultative sales processes from discovery through close.
• Position CBIZ AI services including strategy, governance, data optimization, Copilot, and other AI offerings.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and delivery teams.
• Maintain pipeline management and forecasting.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and executive business cases.
• Achieve individual sales quotas and pipeline targets.
