Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) seeks an experienced Agile Coach to guide large‑scale government IT transformations. You will coach executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters, driving SAFe practices, DevSecOps integration, and Lean portfolio alignment across multiple teams and programs.

You will facilitate training, support backlog and governance, and help evolve the Agile maturity model while promoting collaboration and continuous improvement enterprise‑wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong SAFe knowledge including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and scaling.
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
• Experience with launching Agile Release Trains and DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams across iterations.
• Support creation of backlogs, boards, and reporting.
• Evolve Agile maturity assessment and report findings.
• Coordinate cross-team planning and grooming sessions.
• Contribute to the Agile Transformation Roadmap.
