Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead and accelerate the Agile transformation across multiple teams and programs for a major federal agency. You will guide executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters, helping to embed Agile, Lean, and DevSecOps practices across the enterprise.

You will design and deliver training, coach teams through SAFe scaling, and support the establishment of Agile rituals, metrics, and governance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Agile coaching experience across multiple teams.
• 5+ years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Product Ownership understanding.
• Hands-on change agent for coordinating across teams.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and DevOps culture.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops on Agile and Lean principles.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
• Support PI Planning events and coordinate multiple ARTs.
