Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation across multiple federal IT programs. You will guide executives, managers, POs, and Scrum Masters, fostering an enterprise Agile culture and DevSecOps practices.

You will design training, coach teams through SAFe implementations, and support large-scale portfolio management. The role emphasizes collaboration, policy adherence, and continuous improvement in dynamic government projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong SAFe knowledge including Scrum, Kanban, and Product Ownership.
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
• Experience in launching Agile Release Trains and building a CD pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean principles and roles.
• Provide Agile coaching to executives, managers, POs, and Scrum Masters.
• Support PI Planning events and coordinate multiple ARTs.
• Evolve the Agile maturity model and report findings.
