Job summary

CGS Federal seeks an experienced Agile Coach to empower an Agile culture across executives, managers, PO, and Scrum Masters on large federal IT programs. You will coach, guide, and support transformation initiatives, focusing on DevSecOps and product-focused delivery.

The role emphasizes hands-on mentoring, cross-team planning, and building scalable Agile practices with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban across programs. CGS offers growth opportunities and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Evidence of Agile coaching experience.
• Strong SAFe, Scrum, Kanban knowledge and applying at scale.
• Hands-on change agent across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops on Agile/Lean, Scrum and Kanban.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members.
• Mentor teams and refine Agile processes across iterations.
• Set up boards, workflows, and automated reporting.
• Evolve the Agile Maturity model and report findings.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and tooling.
• Coordinate cross‑team planning and grooming sessions.
• Advance the Agile Transformation Roadmap and culture.
• Embed Agile practices and ensure metric tracking.
• Oversee coaching of multiple high‑performing teams.
