Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our Project Management team, supporting a large federal agency. You will guide executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters to foster an enterprise-wide Agile culture and delivery discipline.

You will lead SAFe practices, facilitate PI Planning, mentor teams through Agile transformations, DevSecOps integration, and continuous improvement across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of practical Agile experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile concepts with SAFe including Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and Agile Scaling.
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
• Experience with launching Agile Release Trains and building a Continuous Delivery Pipeline with DevOps culture.
• Experience supporting and executing PI Planning events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams and large programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean principles, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach teams on sprint planning and ongoing Agile coaching across iterations.
• Provide hands-on mentoring to Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
• Set up team boards, workflow automation, and reporting.
