CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead transformation for a large federal agency. You will mentor executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters, guiding Agile adoption, governance, and DevSecOps practices across multiple IT initiatives.

The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, training delivery, and shaping an enterprise-wide Agile culture with measurable maturity improvements.

Qualifications

• Agile coaching experience with 5+ years in practical settings.
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Product Ownership.
• Hands-on organizational change agent across multiple teams.
• Experience with launching Agile Release Trains and DevSecOps culture.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Lead Agile Training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams across iterations.
• Support sprint planning, backlogs, and reporting with Agile metrics.
