Job summary

CGS Federal is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to lead agile transformation across multiple teams within a large federal agency. The role focuses on coaching executives, managers, product owners, and Scrum Masters to advance an Agile culture and DevSecOps practices.

You will drive training, workshops, and governance while enabling effective delivery of major IT initiatives and maintaining Agile maturity metrics across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical Agile experience with SAFe.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation across multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to improve Agile practices.
• Support PI planning events and coordination across ARTs.
• Develop and evolve Agile artifacts and maturity assessments.
