Job summary

Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to drive Agile transformations across multiple teams and programs for a large federal agency. You will facilitate training, coaching executives, managers, and Scrum Masters to foster an Agile culture and improve delivery outcomes.

The role focuses on Agile, product-focused and DevSecOps practices, with an emphasis on government processes and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching executives, managers, product owners and Scrum Masters.
• Experience leading Agile transformations across multiple teams and programs.
• Ability to design and deliver Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Agile transformation for multiple teams at team and program levels.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile and Lean principles, Scrum and Kanban.
• Lead creation and delivery of Agile training for government stakeholders.
• Support sprint planning and ongoing Agile coaching for new teams.
