Job summary

CGS Federal seeks an experienced Agile Coach to lead transformation across federal IT programs. You will guide executives, managers, and teams in Agile, SAFe, and DevSecOps practices, facilitating training and coaching across Scrum, Kanban, and scale.

You will drive collaboration, coaching, and process improvements to deliver large-scale systems. Put simply, you’ll mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners, help plan and run PI events, and partner with stakeholders to tailor approaches for

Qualifications

• 5+ years practical Agile experience and coaching across multiple teams.
• Strong SAFe knowledge with Scrum, Kanban, Product Ownership, and scaling.
• Hands-on change agent improving organizational agility and barriers removal.
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and DevOps/CI pipelines.
• Ability to lead cross-team planning, training, and governance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams and programs.
• Facilitate workshops to teach Agile/Lean, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Lead Agile training for government stakeholders and contractors.
• Support sprint planning and ongoing coaching across iterations.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners; refine processes.
• Define and decompose requirements for backlogs and ROIs.
