Job summary

KPG99 INC is seeking a Senior Agile Coach to advance IT division teams in agile practices and maturity. You will assess team capabilities, tailor coaching plans, and guide teams toward higher performance while aligning with the organization's Agile playbook and standards.

You will collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Program Managers to ensure value delivery, tackle resistance, and foster a continuous improvement culture within a government/regulated context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years hands-on experience coaching Agile teams across maturity levels.
• Proven ability to assess capabilities, craft coaching strategies, and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assess team maturity and create coaching plans to build sustainable Agile practices.
• Coach Scrum/Scrumban/Kanban events, artifacts, and roles to apply Agile principles effectively.
• Navigate resistance to Agile adoption and build buy-in for new ways of working.
