Qualifications

• 7+ years coaching Agile teams across multiple maturity levels.
• Certification such as ICAgile ICP-AC, CSP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent required.
• Experience working in government or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess team maturity and create tailored coaching plans.
• Guide teams to improve Agile practices and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Program Managers.
• Ensure teams deliver value while following Agile playbooks.
• Navigate organizational resistance to change.
• Work within government or regulated environments when applicable.
