StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager to accelerate platform adoption and commercial growth with major agency HoldCos in the United States. You will translate enterprise priorities into practical activation plans for Publicis, WPP, and Havas, driving adoption and platform spend.

You will work with Sales, Account Management, Product, Solutions, and Marketing to remove barriers, provide strategic guidance, and identify opportunities to grow campaign activity and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital advertising, programmatic, or ad-tech with agency activation experience.
• Direct experience with major agency Holding Companies (Publicis, WPP, Havas) and understanding of Programmatic COEs.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, DSPs, audiences, measurement, optimization, and workflows.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior agency stakeholders and influence adoption.

StackAdapt is seeking a Senior Agency Development Manager to accelerate platform adoption and commercial growth across Publicis, WPP, and Havas in the United States.

This role will serve as a strategic agency development partner for Programmatic Centers of Excellence, centralized trading teams, and programmatic leadership groups across these Holding Companies. The Senior Agency Development Manager will help agencies understand when, why, and how to use StackAdapt by translating enterprise-level priorities into practical agency activation, platform positioning, and adoption support.

Working closely with StackAdapt’s Sales, Account Management, Product, Solutions, and Marketing teams, this person will identify and remove barriers to adoption, support nuanced platform and product questions, and help convert Holding Company partnerships into measurable campaign activity and platform spend.

StackAdapt is a remote-first company; however, for this position, we are prioritizing candidates based in New York or Chicago due to their proximity to key agency partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

HoldCo Activation & COE Partnership

• Translate Holding Company agreements and strategic priorities into clear activation paths tailored to the operating models of Publicis, WPP, and Havas.
• Drive agency-level platform adoption by helping Programmatic COEs understand StackAdapt's strengths, ideal use cases, differentiation, and role within the broader DSP landscape.
• Partner with COEs and support the Director of Agency Development to execute joint business plans, ensuring StackAdapt is effectively positioned.
• Support COE leaders and practitioners with the positioning, follow-up, and targeted education needed to confidently recommend and activate StackAdapt.
• Track adoption progress through agency engagement, platform usage, campaign activation, and opportunities influenced.

Platform Expertise & Programmatic Media Strategy

• Serve as a programmatic consultation resource, helping agency teams connect StackAdapt capabilities to common campaign goals, agency use cases, buying models, and activation paths.
• Proactively identify technical, educational, or commercial barriers preventing activation, and coordinate the appropriate internal resources to resolve them.

Sales Partnership & Opportunity Development

• Act as the connective tissue between agency COEs and StackAdapt’s Sales and Account Management teams, ensuring clear ownership of brand engagement.
• Provide sellers with agency intelligence and platform expertise to help them advance opportunities more effectively.
• Leverage COE insights to identify underpenetrated areas and support campaign development, without replacing the seller as the owner of the commercial process.
• Capture recurring agency feedback, adoption blockers, workflow trends, and competitive insights, translating them into actionable guidance for Product, Product Marketing, Solutions, Marketing, and leadership.
• Identify opportunities for targeted enablement, office hours, product deep dives, beta participation, and specialized agency programming where they directly support priority adoption outcomes.

What You'll Bring to the Table

• 5+ years in digital advertising, programmatic media, or ad-tech, with experience in agency development, client activation, solutions, or platform adoption.
• Direct experience working with major agency Holding Companies, ideally Publicis, WPP, or Havas, and a strong understanding of Programmatic COEs.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, including DSPs, audiences, measurement, optimization, and campaign workflows.
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior agency stakeholders and influence adoption across complex organizations.
• Strategic mindset with experience connecting platform adoption and client engagement to campaign activity, pipeline, and revenue growth.
• Strong communicator who can translate complex platform capabilities into practical, agency-facing consultation and guidance.
• Commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable working cross-functionally in a remote-first environment, with a willingness to travel as needed

The compensation range listed for this role reflects the expected base salary for candidates located in the posting country based on a global rate. It is informed by market data and the approved budget for this position. StackAdapt maintains different compensation ranges for roles across other countries and regions, and final offers will be aligned to the candidate’s current location. We do not ask candidates about current or prior salary history, and we will not use such information, if volunteered, in setting an offer.

This range represents base salary only. Depending on the role, candidates may also be eligible for additional compensation such as annual bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits package.

• The final compensation offer will be determined by a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to: the candidate's specific experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, and relevant education, licensure, and certifications.
• Other business factors, such as organizational needs and budget alignment, may also be considered in the final offer.

Base Salary Band

$96,000 - $132,000 USD
