Job summary

Clinch, a fast-growing creative tech company, seeks a Client Partner to drive growth with a Holding Company and its partner agencies. You will engage senior executives, shape growth strategies, and structure commercial arrangements across programmatic and social products.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in B2B sales, direct agency/HoldCo experience, and a strong history of C‑level negotiations with Fortune 500 clients. Strong knowledge of programmatic, social, or retail media is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience with direct agency or HoldCo relationships.
• Proven track record negotiating at C-level with agencies and advertisers.
• Experience selling to Fortune 500 advertisers and complex holding groups.
• Knowledge of programmatic, social or retail media, SAAS or analytics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategy for a Holding Company and its agencies globally.
• Engage senior executives; build engagement plans and revenue opportunities.
• Create commercial structures across traded, programmatic and social products.
• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and drive improvements across accounts.
• Lead education and enablement of agency functions and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate on go‑to‑market plans with HoldCo and marketing teams.
• Forecast revenue for existing and prospective accounts; manage risk.
