RTX is seeking an electrical engineer for the Antenna, Microwave, and E3 Department to design phased array antenna systems and integrate AESA technology. You will lead cross-functional teams, perform trade studies, and validate hardware through comprehensive testing across R&D and production environments.

The role requires a strong background in microwave engineering, MATLAB, and C/C++, with occasional travel to test sites. A U.S. government clearance is required to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8+ years of relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Design phased array antenna systems including active and passive microwave components.
• Lead others by leveraging team strengths and addressing gaps.
• Conduct trade studies to select optimal solutions considering quality, cost, schedule, and performance.
• Communicate task status on complex issues across teams and leadership.
• Provide engineering support for module builds, tests, and performance validation.
• Develop Near Field Range phased array integration skills.
• Support NFR testing and Radar Far Field Range Testing.
