Job summary

RTX in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Senior RF/Microwave Antenna Engineer to contribute to the development of circulators, radiators, filters, and other passive RF/microwave components for phased array antenna systems.

You will perform design analysis, verification, and testing of T/R modules and AESAs, rely on microwave measurement techniques, and present technical results to peers and leadership. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance within a year are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in a STEM field required.
Minimum 5 years of RF/Microwave, T/R module, or antenna experience.
Design experience with phased array/AESA modules, radiators, beams, filters, circulators.
Experience with Keysight ADS or MATLAB Simulink.
Experience with CST or Ansys HFSS.
US citizenship and ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Perform design analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and testing of circulators, radiators, T/R modules, and RF/microwave subassemblies.
Work on phased array antenna systems including AESAs.
Utilize microwave measurement techniques and electromagnetic simulation tools.
Deliver clear, technically sound presentations to peers, leadership, and customers.
Support program management in new business development activities.
