Job summary

RTX seeks a Radio Frequency (RF) / Microwave Antenna Engineer to join our Airborne Radar Electronics Design Hardware Engineering team in El Segundo, California. This onsite role focuses on developing state-of-the-art phased array antennas and AESA technology.

Requirements include a BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related STEM field, hands-on EE lab experience, and familiarity with RF tools; relocation may be offered and the role includes competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering by start date
• Ability to apply basic EE principles
• Experience reading technical drawings or schematics
• Hands-on lab experience with EE equipment
• Exposure to RF simulation tools such as CST or HFSS

Responsibilities

• Participate in development of state-of-the-art phased array antennas.
• Perform design analysis, verification, troubleshooting, and testing for AESAs.
• Present technical information to peers and program leadership.
