Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Antenna and Microwave Engineer in TEWKSBURY, MA, onsite. You will design RF/microwave components, develop phased array hardware, and provide hands-on testing support, with opportunities to travel to integration sites and customer facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in STEM and at least five years of relevant RF/microwave experience.
• Experience in RF/microwave design, AESAs, and phased array concepts.
• Ability to design, test, and integrate microwave components and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design RF microwave components and phased array applications.
• Integrate and test component and system level phased array hardware.
• Travel to integration sites and customer facilities as needed.
