Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an electrical engineer to apply strong RF/Microwave theory and design, including AESAs, architectures, subsystems, and CCAs. You will leverage your hands-on experience with electromagnetic and microwave analysis to develop innovative solutions.

Responsibilities include designing RF microwave components and phased array hardware, integrating and testing at both component and system levels, and occasional travel to integration sites or facilities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related STEM major.
• Experience or coursework that includes: Microwave Engineering, Microwave Systems, Electromagnetic Theory, Radar Systems, and MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Design of RF microwave components and phased array applications
• Integration and test of component level and system level phased array hardware
• Some travel to integration sites, plus customer and subcontractor facilities, may be required.
