Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Engineer in the MSEN organization to own part‑level CIPT task planning and execution for GTF externals. You will work with engineering, program management, suppliers and customers to ensure component goals meet program requirements for Next Generation Programs Family engine programs.

Responsibilities include leading technical reviews, monitoring budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Experience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or related technical field is required.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own part-level CIPT execution with task planning and communication.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation, and closure to meet program requirements.
• Prepare for and participate in technical and program reviews with clear metrics.
