Job summary

PRATT & WHITNEY, a RTX company, is seeking a Senior Project Engineer within the MSEN organization to own part-level CIPT execution for Externals and to lead risk mitigation across IPTs. You will interact with customers, suppliers, and program management to ensure delivery against program requirements, and contribute to engine build and test activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or related technical field.
Strong ability to lead, influence, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own part-level execution within the Externals CIPT, including planning, communication, risk management, and execution to requirements.
Lead identification, mitigation, and closure of key technical risks and issues.
Prepare for and participate in technical and program reviews with clear actions and metrics.
Monitor IPTs budget, schedule, technical performance, and business metrics to meet commitments.
Interface with customers, suppliers, SIPTs, IPMTs and leadership in technical discussions and presentations.
Provide technical support for engine builds and test activities.
