Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• ITAR restrictions require U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.
• No relocation benefit; within a 50-mile radius of Jackson, MS will be considered; Active Duty Military are exempt.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects; RAA for scope delivery and execution.
• Champion Integrated Product Team leadership across the Program.
• Facilitate the implementation of program management processes at the site, BU or Division.
• Coordinate and monitor project teams and provide feedback on performance indicators.
• Provide program updates and manage contractual milestones, risks, and opportunities.
