Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some engineering and/or product development management.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• ITAR: U.S. person as defined by ITAR.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Jackson, MS.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects.
• Champion IPT leadership across the Program.
• Facilitate the implementation of program management processes at the site, BU, or Division.
• Coordinate and monitor a One Eaton Aerospace program across multiple sites.
• Provide periodic program updates and manage contractual milestones.
