Job summary

Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control Systems division, part of our Aerospace sector, seeks a Senior Program Manager for our Jackson, MS facility. You will lead IPTs, manage NPD programs, and drive customer satisfaction, while tracking CPI/SPI and program metrics across sites.

The role requires five years of PM experience, a bachelor’s degree, and ITAR compliance; relocation is not offered, and US work authorization is required within the Jackson, MS area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
• ITAR compliance: U.S. persons as defined by ITAR.
• No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Jackson, MS will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects with accountability for scope delivery within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.
• Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) leadership across the Program.
• Facilitate implementation of program management processes at the site, BU or Division.
• Coordinate and monitor a One Eaton Aerospace program across multiple sites.
