Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control Systems division is seeking a Senior Program Manager for its Jackson, MS facility. You will lead NPD programs, manage IP teams, and drive program performance, customer satisfaction and lifecycle profitability.

The role requires five years of program management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship. ITAR restrictions apply and relocation is not offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Program Management; or a combination of Program Management with some Engineering and/or Product Development Management.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future
• ITAR requires U.S. person status (citizen, permanent resident, asylee, or refugee).
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Jackson, MS preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects with responsibility, authority and accountability for delivery within scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Champion IPT leadership across the Program.
• Implement program management processes at the site, BU or Division.
• Coordinate issue resolution, coach teams and monitor performance indicators.
• Supervise the Project Managers assigned to the Program or site/business unit.
