Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Senior Program Manager for our Jackson, MS facility to lead NPD programs and drive customer satisfaction and financial performance. The role presides over IPTs, program reviews, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The position demands strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to negotiate with customers while coordinating across multiple sites in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in program management or related fields are required.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
• ITAR: US person required (citizen, green card holder, asylum, or refugee).
• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Jackson, MS only.

Responsibilities

• Manage Profit and Loss for NPD programs and projects with accountability for scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Lead Integrated Product Team (IPT) across the program and site.
• Implement program management processes at site, BU or division level.
• Coordinate PM reviews and publish PM metrics and reports.
• Maintain Earned Value, quality, performance, and delivery metrics through all PROLaunch phases.
• Develop new business proposals and execute the overall program plan.
