Job summary

Eaton’s Fuel & Motion Control Systems division, part of our Aerospace sector, seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead NPD programs from our Jackson, MS facility. You will drive program performance, manage IPTs, and coordinate with customers across sites to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in program management. ITAR familiarity and the ability to work in the United States without sponsorship are required.

Qualifications

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of program management experience.
• Experience leading IPTs and multi-site programs is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITAR and U.S. export controls is a must for eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead P&L for NPD programs and drive performance against technical, schedule, cost, and quality commitments.
• Coordinate IPT leadership across sites and manage customer contracts and relationships.
• Provide program updates, risk management, and earned value metrics.
• Develop proposals and support overall program planning and execution.
